CAROLINE GEDDES

Caroline has been an advocate of holistic health practices and alternative healing methods, for over 40 years.  She began her self-motivated journey into the research and application of natural health remedies, as a mother of four, to benefit her family's health.​​

Her difficult, early experiences with traditional western medicine, led her into the world of holistic, integrative, ancient healing arts and health-care methods.  Her dedication to serving people, compassionately, with true natural health knowledge & guidance for healthy living, empowers them to believe in their body, spirit and innate ability to heal, while living out their dreams and goals.

Residing in Santa Barbara, CA, she has been providing the clientel of the Montecito Natural Foods Store with valuable support to promote their health and well-being, for the past 11 years.
