These Terms govern your use of the website operated by Wholehuman Collective, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 92-0584007). By using the site, joining a program, or making a donation, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our purpose
Wholehuman Collective funds and runs free programs focused on community mental health, healing, and wellbeing — supported by donor-funded scholarships. We are an educational and community nonprofit, not a healthcare provider.
2. Not medical advice
Content shared in our circles, in our programs, and on this site is for educational and community purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Please work with qualified professionals for clinical care.
3. Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions to our charitable mission. They are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law. We do not provide goods or services in direct exchange for donations.
4. Programs & scholarships
Participation in our programs is subject to the guidelines published with each program. Scholarships are issued at our discretion, prioritizing access for people for whom cost is the only barrier.
5. Conduct
In our circles and community spaces, we ask that you treat everyone with respect and consent. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior makes the space unsafe.
6. Intellectual property
All text, imagery, and recordings on this site are owned by Wholehuman Collective or our contributors. Please ask before reposting at scale.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
