State of incorporation
California— Wholehuman Collective, registered with the California Secretary of State and the Attorney General's Registry of Charitable Trusts.
Where we are currently registered
We solicit donations primarily in California. Donors in other U.S. states may still contribute online; we register additional states as thresholds require.
Required disclosures
Federal law requires us to inform donors that we provide no goods or services in exchange for charitable contributions. Your gift is fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
